Up Date Your Old Ball Head
We can take your ball heads like the 494RC, 496RC and MHXPRO-BH and convert them to Arca-Swiss Compatible Quick Release Compatible using the MSQ6T Plate adapter.
You can do it yourself, or if you send it to us, we will replace the RC top plate for the MSQ6T Top plate with no additional labor charge. You Only pay for the part and the return shipping.
There are several series that are not convertable like the 468MG heads, the 480 series and those that are not quick release capable to start with.
We have several videos on servicing and repairing heads, tripods and other items. Always work in a clean flat area and dissassemble in order, laying out the parts sequentially - make reasembly easier - since everything is already in order. Be careful, some clamps and heads have springs that may pop out unexpectedly. Those that we say don't try this at home is NOT something you should try at home since it may envole dangerous components or specialize tools to diassemble or reassemble.
